Refund Policy
We understand that plans can change. Below are the details of our refund policy:
Refund Eligibility:
Full refunds are available if cancellations are made more than 14 days before the scheduled course date.
Refund requests made less than 14 days before the course date are not eligible.
No refunds after log in credentials are provided.
Exceptions:
Refunds may be granted for exceptional circumstances on a case-by-case basis. Supporting documentation may be required.

Cancellation Policy
At JM Extension Academy, we strive to ensure every student has a positive learning experience. In the rare event of a dispute, the following steps will guide resolution:
More Than 14 Days Before Course Date:
You may cancel your registration and transfer your deposit to a future course date, or request a refund of your payment, excluding the non-refundable deposit.
Less Than 14 Days Before Course Date:
One complimentary reschedule is permitted if requested at least 14 days in advance. Additional rescheduling requests may incur an administrative fee.
Rescheduling Requests:
If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes may be escalated to a neutral third-party mediator to ensure fairness.
No Show Policy:
Failure to attend without prior notification will result in the forfeiture of your payment. Rescheduling may be subject to additional fees.
